Yes and no. If your property is located in a city with more than 200,000 inhabitants or in a high-tension area, you can only rent it out on Airbnb for a maximum of 120 days per year. However, if your property doesn't meet these criteria, you can rent it out all year round.

A traveler is staying in your home and you need access (to retrieve mail, for example)? It's essential to warn him before entering the apartment. Just give us a call or send us an email, and we'll take care of everything.

No travelers? Perfect. Simply block the dates of your visit on your calendar via your Guest Area.

We only manage entire properties, so it's not possible to rent out a single room.

However, you can reserve an enclosed room to store your personal belongings if required. We offer you the possibility of renting your home in the layout that suits you best.

Of course! The Riviera Conciergerie takes all necessary measures in the event of damage: a deposit is required for each reservation. This allows us to release it to the rental platforms in the event of damage. Platform insurance also covers your home up to €800,000. However, certain items such as jewelry, cash or works of art are not covered by this insurance.

Our multilingual team is fluent in French and English, ensuring smooth communication with every visitor. We will provide you with all the information you need for your accommodation, as well as useful tourist information.

Our service fees start at 18% for a 12-month commitment (20% with no prior commitment).
